In 2022 I Introduced the Women Empowerment program, due to the many problems they have in everyday life in Zanzibar .

I realized that empowering women changes so much more than just their individual lives. It changes the future for Zanzibar.

Economic benefits:
When women have equal access to education and employment, they contribute more significantly to the economy, leading to increased prosperity.

Social justice:
Empowering women helps to combat discrimination and violence against them, promoting a more equitable society.

Improved health outcomes:
Empowered women are more likely to access healthcare and make informed decisions about their health, benefiting themselves and their families.

Stronger communities:
When women are actively involved in decision-making processes, it leads to more inclusive and resilient communities.

Positive impact on future generations:
Empowering women today sets a positive example for future generations, promoting gender equality for all.

I am proud of what we have done so far, but there is so much more to do, as we grow.
